Concord Oasis - LIV Design Studio

Oasis is a three-tower, mixed-use development and is the second phase of Concord Brentwood’s master-planned community. Spearheading the project for interiors, Rochelle was responsible for designing the common areas and amenity spaces across all three towers and podium levels. The design process for such expansive projects begins with conceptualization and design development, working closely with a skilled 3D graphics team.

Some standout amenities within the development include a full-size basketball gymnasium, squash courts, a bowling alley, a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a dedicated spin studio. However, the true highlights are the stunning rooftop features—an exclusive beach oasis, a mini golf course, and two running tracks—offering residents an exceptional living experience.
