This local project transformed a homeowner’s unused basement into a legal two-bedroom secondary suite. Rochelle worked closely with the homeowner to explore multiple layout options and make the most of the existing space, while navigating the requirements that come with creating a legal suite. The scope included space planning, project coordination, code requirements, and the preparation of building permit-ready drawings.
