The latest phase of the Brentwood development introduces two residential towers alongside an array of exceptional amenity spaces. In the 1B project, Rochelle played a pivotal role in the design and production of all common areas and amenities. Among the amenity features are an elegant entertainment lounge, a dedicated music room, a quiet study area, a games lounge, a dog spa, and a fully-equipped fitness gym—ensuring a well-rounded and elevated living experience.
